What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate referrals for various levels of behavioral health care for patients awaiting treatment
- Monitor system-wide capacity to guide placement efforts effectively
- Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams within and outside the employer
- Document and track tasks in medical records and assist with data collection and reporting
- Respond promptly to communications via phone, email, and chat from systemwide stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or Health Care
- Experience in the mental health care field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with mental health treatments, services, and community resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving and assessment
