      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of detailed project schedules in collaboration with project teams
      - Collect project progress data and update project statuses regularly
      - Conduct impact analysis for potential delays and changes to project timelines
      - Collaborate with project management and field teams to set goals and analyze project status
      - Provide guidance to less experienced members of the scheduling team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex construction environments
      - Knowledge of the critical path method of scheduling
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Experience using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and REVIT
      - Experience in healthcare/medical construction
      - Understanding of claims prevention and analysis techniques
      - Ability to conduct constructability reviews for various construction methods
      - 3+ years of construction scheduling experience preferred
