- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an Accredited Nursing Program required, or Associates Degree in Nursing with equivalent years of experience
- Active Maryland or compact liense required
- BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or military training
- Acute Care RN work experience required

The surgical center has been ranked #2 in Maryland on Newsweek’s 2022 list of best ambulatory surgery centers. This facility is a state-of-the-art center that provides comprehensive same-day endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures. .
