What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify campaign needs, including copy, visuals, and media assets
- Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic targeting analysis
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns in real-time to improve key performance indicators
- Create and present campaign performance reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Strong command of campaign building, optimization techniques, and performance measurement
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Studio
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, or similar
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and Asana or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for pixel or integration support
- Comfortable working in a remote home-office setting with flexibility for after-hours needs
