      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist channel managers in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms
      - Conduct keyword research to identify expansion opportunities and eliminate waste in existing PPC campaigns
      - Optimize ad copy and creative assets to maximize campaign impact across objectives
      - Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations on bid adjustments and budget mix
      - Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across marketing channels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
      - 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid search or paid social
      - Expert-level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (e.g., Google, Meta)
      - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
      - Experience in B2B marketing
