What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns while conducting keyword research and developing ad copy
- Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages, collaborating with web development and design teams
- Execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, while publishing engaging organic content
- Stay current with social media trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media strategies on multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective advertising campaigns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
- Bilingual
- Experience using Craft and HubSpot
- Shopify (e-commerce) experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
