What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and competitive benchmarking for campaigns
- Set up and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Analyze campaign data and translate performance metrics into actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop messaging, copy, and strategic direction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency or freelance setting
- Deep expertise in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio, or similar analytical tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple client accounts independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TikTok Ads and other paid channels
- Strong copywriting skills
- Understanding of retail and local business marketing strategies
- Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs)
- Prior experience in temp-to-perm or contract-to-full-time roles
