      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide critical support to Assistant Attorneys General in litigation and trial preparation
      - Analyze facts and compose legal documents and pleadings
      - Schedule and interview witnesses as needed
      - Research legal issues and evaluate case facts
      - Track case statuses from summons to trial and draft legal notices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of three years of experience through paralegal certification or a two-year paralegal degree
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence
      - Ability to ensure timely and proper service of legal documents
      - Proficiency in managing case documents and tracking discovery documents
      - Familiarity with researching legal issues and verifying legal citations for accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a legal support role, such as Paralegal or Legal Assistant
      - Additional certifications or specialized training in the legal field
      - Bilingual or dual language skills
