      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide critical support to Assistant Attorneys General in litigation and trial preparation
      - Analyze facts and compose legal documents and pleadings
      - Schedule and interview witnesses as needed
      - Research legal issues and evaluate case facts
      - Coordinate the preparation for litigation and track case status from summons to trial

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of two years of experience through paralegal certification, paralegal degree, or paraprofessional experience in support of an attorney
      - For Paralegal 1 level: combination of three years of experience through similar qualifications
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence
      - Knowledge of court rules and filing procedures
      - Ability to manage case documents and track legal deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
      - Familiarity with legal research tools and resources
      - Bilingual skills, especially in languages relevant to the community served
      - Involvement in community service or legal aid initiatives
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
