What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the legal department
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to contracts and legal matters
- Assist with case management, including scheduling hearings and filing documents
- Track legal department budgets and review legal invoices for compliance
- Develop tools and resources to streamline legal and administrative processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- 3-8 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in employment law or litigation support
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and case management practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal case management software is a plus
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

- Experience with budget tracking and reporting

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
