What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage corporate entity filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with board preparation materials and collaborate with the internal legal team on company equity management
- Support compliance initiatives, including privacy regulations and industry standards
- Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including NDAs and vendor contracts
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal use
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in an in-house legal department or law firm
- Strong understanding of contract terms and standard legal concepts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with familiarity in legal tech platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting a SaaS or technology company
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Interest in aviation or pilot-related activities
