What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring legal actions, including reviewing legal claims, timely filings, and coordinating with outside counsel
- Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents, including agendas, minutes, and closing documents for business transactions
- Draft and maintain employment agreements and contracts for services to the employer
- Conduct legal research on various issues, including contractual agreements and regulatory matters
- Review and draft various contracts, including physician and service contracts, as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Paralegal Certification, required
- 0-1 years of related work experience, required; 2-4 years preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and legal research tools such as Lexis/Westlaw
