      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft legal documents including subpoenas, motions, and affidavits with attention to detail
      - E-file court paperwork with accuracy and compliance to court requirements
      - Serve as the primary liaison with the Massachusetts Virtual Registry for filing inquiries
      - Manage court filings and dates, ensuring accurate recording on the office calendar
      - Provide excellent client service as the first point of contact for client communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services within a law firm, with family law experience being a plus
      - Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English writing and grammar
      - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a quick learning aptitude
      - Familiarity with AI tools for legal research and a comfort level with technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a US nationally-accredited paralegal program
      - Experience in family law and divorce cases
