      About The Role

      In this position, you will support attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and managing discovery. Your contributions will be vital to our client's legal operations and success.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, and other sources.
      • Review proposed contracts, identify risks, and recommend alternative terms.
      • Draft and revise various contracts and agreements from templates.
      • Coordinate contract closings and processes with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Summarize deposition testimony and prepare memoranda and meeting notes.
      • Assist with case preparation, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
      • Manage discovery processes, including document collection and drafting responses.
      • Monitor dockets, deadlines, and schedules to ensure team efficiency.
      • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of related legal experience.
      • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
      • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
      • Proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, and similar tools.
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
