      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department, managing deadlines, calendaring, and proofreading
      - Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, materials, and coordinate Board meetings
      - Arrange payment of legal expenses and process invoices for the Legal Department
      - Coordinate the contract management process, including tracking and managing contracts
      - Assist with litigation filings and manage litigation files, including implementing litigation holds

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
      - Notary Public Certification required
      - Excellent planning, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or insurance
      - Demonstrated technical ability to work with Microsoft Office and other systems
