      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and send agreements for signature via DocuSign
      - Review and edit commercial contracts while evaluating contractual obligations
      - File and maintain contracts and other documents in the contracts lifecycle management system
      - Manage and streamline contract lifecycles by collaborating with multiple departments
      - Provide support on long-term projects to improve legal team performance and efficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
      - At least 2 years in a paralegal role with an in-house legal department, or 3 years of media industry-related legal experience
      - Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with legal department software such as iManage, DocMinder, AirTable, Docusign, and Ironclad
      - Highly effective communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with others
