What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, MOUs, and grant agreements
- Conduct legal research and compile findings in a clear, concise format
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, audits, or legal proceedings
- Help monitor organizational compliance with local, state, and federal laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
- Experience with contracts is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Legal research and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Labor and Employment laws
- Experience drafting legal documents
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
- High-speed internet service at home
- Familiarity with internal training initiatives on legal best practices
