What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through the process and gathering necessary information and documents
- Initiate cases and draft applications, support letters, and motions for attorney review
- Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal issues
- Organize case filing systems to ensure documents are properly sorted and easily accessible
- Perform various administrative duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law
- Proficiency with technology and various software used in the firm
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education
