      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Conduct initial legal research and maintain templates and materials on the company intranet
      - File, organize, and audit documents across legal systems while maintaining key trackers
      - Manage annual corporate filings and state registrations
      - Oversee agreement execution and ensure consistent contract retention and naming conventions
      - Support attorneys in managing litigation and claims from pre-suit through resolution

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 5 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm
      - Strong commitment to the employer's mission and culture, including hospitality and teamwork
      - Exemplary organization skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Background in Franchising is a plus
      - Experience in retail, restaurant, franchise, or other multi-unit environments
