      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, prepare, review, proof, edit, and manage complex legal documents, including contracts and corporate records
      - Research and analyze complex issues in healthcare law affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies and related entities
      - Draft and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents
      - Manage regulatory submissions, filings, renewals, and notifications related to licensed functions
      - Represent the legal department in meetings and projects, ensuring effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within Legal and Compliance functions
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a PBM, healthcare company, or law firm advising a healthcare company
