      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal research support and organize case-related materials for court presentations
      - Assist attorneys in case preparation for trials, depositions, and hearings
      - Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and judgments
      - Coordinate court appearances and maintain attorney calendars
      - Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders regarding case statuses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a paralegal
      - Paralegal certificate from a recognized program
      - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and legal terminology
      - Ability to perform legal research and summarize legal information accurately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-volume discovery and handling cases in federal and state courts
      - Knowledge of the discovery process and open meetings laws
      - Familiarity with statistical and record-keeping applications
      - Ability to train and supervise clerical staff
      - Experience in handling administrative law cases
