What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts
- Draft affidavits and maintain document files; file pleadings with court clerks
- Conduct legal research using statutes, decisions, and legal articles
- Investigate facts and applicable laws to determine causes of action
- Support attorneys and senior paralegals on routine processes and legal matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certification
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in legal research and document/case management
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy and compliance
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, and government regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a technology industry environment
- Comfort with technology and modern legal tools
