What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a legal intake brief to capture required information from Marketing partners regarding legal documents
- Collaborate with legal resources to understand contract components and ensure accurate documentation
- Draft initial versions of marketing Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and related legal documents for review
- Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and Client stakeholders to finalize documents
- Create and maintain standardized legal templates for common marketing-related legal requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in a paralegal or legal operations role, preferably in marketing or commercial legal work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple legal documents and workflows simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and contribute to structural change within a legal environment
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and business stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supporting marketing teams with legal documentation and contracts
- Familiarity with legal content management systems or document tracking tools
- Background in process improvement initiatives within a legal or compliance context
