      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research, draft legal documents, and verify records under the direction of an attorney
      - Maintain updated records of motions, orders, and decisions in the administrative hearing tracking system
      - Act as the lead paralegal, training and overseeing daily tasks of other paralegals
      - Track pending decisions to ensure timely issuance
      - Maintain an updated calendar of agency involvement in administrative hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience working in a legal environment
      - Knowledge of American law concepts, legal research methods, and legal terminology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write legal documents
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a closely related field
      - Paralegal certification such as ALP, PLS, CLP, or PP from NALS or CP or AP from NALA
      - Experience working in a government legal setting
