What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through compassionate, clear communication
- Draft legal forms, applications, affidavits, and correspondence for various immigration cases
- Support case preparation for multiple immigration applications and petitions
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on missing documentation, and ensure files are complete for attorney review
- Conduct legal research and assist with agency communications, including Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration or legal services
- Strong working knowledge of immigration processes and forms (H-1B, I-140, PERM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Notary Public certification is a plus
