What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the full Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches, ensuring accurate system setups
- Configure and maintain carrier contracts, billing setups, and rate logic across parcel systems
- Build and maintain scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for configuration workflows
- Support Parcel Experience Specialists with system updates and issue investigations
- Manage multi-phase configuration projects, ensuring tasks are on scope and on timeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining a TMS/WMS or similar logistics system
- Strong understanding of how front-end requests translate into back-end logic
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data validation
- Familiarity with carrier API integrations and the ability to diagnose issues
- Proven ability to create clear, scalable SOPs and drive process consistency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic SQL or database query experience for troubleshooting and validation
- Understanding of parcel carrier structures and billing logic
- Strong analytical instincts for identifying root causes of system issues
