This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be visible and involved in the day-to-day, as well as big-picture strategy. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and developing a high-performing team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds * Creating a strong, positive workplace culture * Managing the park’s P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth * Overseeing asset care, compliance, safety, and presentation * Collaborating with key support office stakeholders (HR, revenue, marketing) * Being available for after-hours operational responsibilities About You You’re a capable, confident leader with strong hospitality or accommodation management experience and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll bring: * Strong, results-driven leader — accommodation experience preferred, but top performing managers from other industries will be highly valued * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills * Proven ability to train, develop, and support team performance * Confidence with MS Office and systems like RMS (or similar) * A hands-on approach and flexible mindset * A current driver’s licence * Willingness to live on site as part of the package Ready to Apply?
