Job Description
- Req#: 2185381
- Directly supervises all employees at their branch location.
- Directs and coordinates customer service activities and daily operations within the branch.
- Operates the retail counter and makes hoses for customers while they wait. Maintains rapport with customers and works to give the best possible customer service.
- Receives requests for product selection, price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers (via phone, fax, and email).
- Uses corporate ERP system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, purchase order status, and make changes to customer purchase orders.
- Main liaison between customer and branch, along with branch personnel and outside sales force.
- Help maintain corporate goals for corporate sales, branch sales, profitability, cost containment, branch budgets, and branch inventory levels. Evaluate and measure key productivity indicators for customer service.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules for branch equipment and utilities.
- Determines staff hours; handles vacation requests, proper daily staffing, and workload distribution.
- Investigate and address customer complaints for full resolution.
- Performs shipping/receiving duties as needed.

The responsibilities of a Store Manager with AHP include but are not limited to the following:Requirements
Bachelor's, Associate's, or a Technical Degree is preferred, and one to two years of related experience and/or training.
Mechanically inclined and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
