      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
      - Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations
      - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards
      - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory management
      - Resolve customer concerns and operational issues while adhering to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills
      - Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
      - Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
      - Previous experience in automotive retail preferred
      - Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is a plus
