      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees to foster a motivated team
      - Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations
      - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
      - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling for operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated leadership abilities and decision-making skills
      - Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
      - Previous experience in automotive retail
      - Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
      - Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
