What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver against key sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
- Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in the CRM system
- Track store and account level KPIs and analyze sales data for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in field sales or a similar role in the snack food industry
- Knowledge of sales performance monitoring and territory management
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities in the snack industry
