What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with funeral services in chapel and off-site locations
- Aid in first calls and removals at the locations where death occurs
- Be available to be on-call as scheduled within an adequate response time
- Drive vehicles as needed for various purposes
- Assist with greeting customers and guests unrelated to a family being served
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Compassionate understanding and ability to deal with individuals who are grieving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous training or experience in funeral services
- Valid driver's license
