What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance inquiries, coverages, and claims
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active Property and Casualty license
- Must have a Life and Health license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with State Farm or other related insurance
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service and accuracy in work
- Ability to learn computer functions quickly
- Commitment to staying current with product changes and continuing education
