What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support for Oracle HCM and Taleo systems
- Liaise between vendors, IT, and HR to troubleshoot functional system issues and document changes
- Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities
- Manage HR department's intranet/employee portal in MS SharePoint for a positive user experience
- Respond to US government audits and manage compliance-related reporting and auditing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, and payroll system support
- Functional background in Cloud HCM, specifically Oracle HCM/Fusion and Taleo
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment

- Experience with Cloud HCM systems and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Previous experience in a diverse and collaborative work environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
