- Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with practice and game preparation, recruiting and developing student-athletes, preparing scouting reports, and performing other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will foster a positive team environment and motivate student-athletes.
- A Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior playing experience or prior coaching experience preferred.
- Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

LOCATION: Lawrence University - Appleton, WIJob Summary:The Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for assisting in the direction of the men’s lacrosse program according to the rules and policies of Lawrence University and the NCAA. The assistant men’s lacrosse coach will assist in directing and managing a varsity intercollegiate sport program at the College and, in general terms, assists in practice and game preparation as well as recruiting, retention and program administration within the program. Assistant coaches are expected to work non-traditional hours, which includes nights and weekends, throughout the academic year and during break periods, at the direction of the head coach.Lawrence University is a member of the NCAA Division III, Midwest Conference, Northern Collegiate Hockey Association, Midwest Fencing Conference and Northern Athletics Collegiate College.
