What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming and returning calls promptly
- Respond quickly to patient inquiries and assist with scheduling/rescheduling patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
- Provide exemplary customer service and answer basic patient questions regarding program-specific information
- Assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors
- Engage in community outreach initiatives related to addiction treatment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
- Lived addiction experience is a plus
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including Sundays and Mondays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping individuals affected by addiction
- Involvement in community service or outreach programs
