What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer questions and requests regarding supplies and services, troubleshooting 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails
- Build and maintain excellent customer service while identifying when technical support is needed
- Provide clear communications and follow up with customers regarding schedules and delivery times
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to efficiently escalate unresolved technical issues
- Stay current on process updates and technology used within the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate professional communication skills
- Familiarity with order processing systems and contact management systems
