      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Director of Business Operations and assist clients as directed
      - Coordinate complex scheduling, manage calendars, and oversee travel arrangements for clients
      - Maintain client communications and ensure timely responses to requests
      - Perform various administrative tasks, including record-keeping and office support
      - Organize and plan client events while maintaining confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting to senior management
      - Experience in real estate support and supporting brokers
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
      - Associate's degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience
      - Familiarity with CRM software such as Active Campaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive
