What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols and standards of care
- Conduct on-call tele triage, ensuring all necessary consents are obtained before visits
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration, providing necessary feedback and instructions
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in healthcare delivery
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or graduation from an accredited physician assistant program
- Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or physician assistant in KY and IN
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired
- All necessary certifications to perform responsibilities must be current and valid
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Additional state licenses may be required as requested
- Experience in geriatric, family, or internal medicine
- Familiarity with telemedicine equipment and delivery platforms
- Strong skills in documenting clinical services and using computer technology
