What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols
- Manage relationships with facilities and partners, including patient consents and billing
- Conduct on-call tele triage and document treatment plans immediately after visits
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and provide necessary medical instructions
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Valid license to practice advanced nursing or physician assistance in KY and IN
- All necessary certifications must be current and valid
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired
- Ability to maintain multiple practice licenses as required

- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine
- Experience in telemedicine or related healthcare delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Strong skills in using computer technology for patient documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
