What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire and convert dance studio owners into MTJGD™ members through outbound sales
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through daily outreach and weekly prospecting goals
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, budgets, and decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach through to closing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on messaging and lead quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing pipelines
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically KEAP
- Ability to travel for industry events and conferences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the dance industry or familiarity with dance studio operations
- Prior experience in consultative selling or relationship management
- Knowledge of performance metrics and sales forecasting techniques
- Familiarity with multi-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Passion for the performing arts and advocacy for arts education
