      Fabletics OS is looking for a Seasonal Team Lead, Retail Activations


      How Do You Fit In?

      As a Seasonal Retail Activations Team Lead, you will travel nationwide to support the planning and lead the execution of large-scale pop-up events. You’ll work closely with the Retail Activations team to help prepare for each activation and oversee on-site logistics, team operations, merchandising, and customer experience to ensure flawless execution.

      This is a part-time, seasonal role running from October 2025 through May 2026. Team Leads can expect to work approximately 40+ hours per event weekend (including travel time) , with varying shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM.


      This position will report to the Manager, Retail Activations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Event Planning & Execution:

      • Support pre-event planning efforts including logistics coordination, inventory checks, and reviewing setup documentation

      • Lead on-site event setup and teardown, including truck loading/unloading and layout execution

      • Monitor event flow and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure successful activation

      • Ensure smooth execution of merchandising & inventory management

      Operations & Logistics:

      • Manage event materials, merchandising setup, and back-of-house organization

      • Oversee inventory handling and coordinate delivery and placement of all assets

      • Ensure all resources are accounted for and properly returned post-event

      Team Leadership & Customer Experience:

      • Guide and motivate on-site team to meet sales and service goals

      • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through product knowledge and engagement

      • Act as the on-site lead, modeling professionalism, accountability, and brand values

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Can commit to work at least 10 events during seasonal timeline

      • 1–2 years of leadership experience, preferably in events or retail

      • Experience with event planning or coordination required

      • Ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with diverse teams

      • Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

      • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills

      • Flexible and adaptable with changing priorities and irregular schedules

      • Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and solutions-driven mindset

      • Comfortable with basic tools and light handywork

      • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

      • Willingness to travel and work weekends or evenings as required

      • Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of accountability
