What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Penn State Student Media Network to develop and execute content strategies
- Capture and edit photos for Instagram Feed posts
- Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
- Write engaging captions and design graphics for social media posts
- Collect monthly data and assist with analytics and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current undergraduate student
- Experience with photography and multimedia content creation
- Familiarity with the Instagram platform
- Ability to work during regular office hours and attend events
- Strong self-starter with excellent interaction skills with diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe software
- Prior experience managing social media accounts or working in a similar role
