- Stay informed on Secretary of State policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance
- Utilize approved resources to effectively resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and update records as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent listening skills to identify customer issues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume setting
