Work across key teams to identify recommended distribution partner strategy.
Analyze and understand partner digital strategy and develop plan to execute key optimizations and recommendations to improve online sales of HP products via Distribution.
Support HP data collection program that track partners adoptions of best practices and drive improvements in partner experience scores.
Identify and share digital best practices across the team.
Have firm understanding of HP products and stay up to date with digital industry knowledge.
25% travel required.
- University or Bachelors degree in Businses
- Typically 5-8 years of professional experience. Sales and Digital experience preferred.
- Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise.
- IT industry knowledge.
- Business planning skills, multidimensional.
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
- Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, marketing).

Looking for a motivated individual to join the Omnichannel team to help drive HP’s digital transformation. As a key member of the Partner Digital team, our goal is to Win wherever customers are searching, shopping or buying so that we can maximize market share, revenue, and margin.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of sales and ideally online experience. This individual is able to identify key opportunities to improve HP’s overall customer experience and is an effective communicator who can build relationships and influence change.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $106,000 - $130,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
