      Job Description

      Position Highlights

      • Managing and/or proving oversite to user access in accordance with compliance controls
      • Assisting in the implementation of an effective risk management framework
      • Monitoring systems, databases, information, processes or procedures
      • Identifying and escalating matters requiring attention to the appropriate area
      • Working on projects and initiatives and assisting with the assessment and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
      • Coordinating the collection and/or compilation of data and compiling and providing reports
      • May assist in report development and analyzing data
      • Providing guidance, support and recommendations to Lines of Business and assists in the implementation of Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives


      Basic Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Typically more than one year of applicable experience

      Preferred Skills and Experience

      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
      • Three to five years of applicable experience preferred
      • Ability to anticipate potential escalations
      • Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area
      • Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
      • Well-developed analytical skills
      • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
      • Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills

      This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend two days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
