  PARNER MARKETING MANAGER

  • Accelerate partner growth by crafting and executing tailored marketing strategies that influence brokers, drive employer sales, and boost consumer adoption.

  • Be a strategic marketing advisor —collaborate with high-value partners to enhance their marketing efforts, fill gaps, and guide them toward best practices that deliver measurable impact.

  • Turn marketing into a growth engine by developing custom programs, content, and campaigns that align with sales objectives and deliver real results .

  • Create scalable success by documenting and templating marketing processes, making repeatable strategies that empower client teams to replicate wins across segments.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and ongoing advocacy for Alegeus’ value.

  • Be the go-to marketing expert for assessing requests, prioritizing high-impact work, and utilizing tools like Eloqua and Marketo to drive efficiency and performance.

  ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

  Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Partner Marketing Manager , these skills are essential for success:

  • Abilities: Strong experience using marketing automation systems (ideally Marketo and/or Eloqua) .

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in marketing, sales, or results-driven organizations; industry experience preferred (employee benefits, healthcare, HR tech, fintech, financial services, etc.) and 3+ years of experience managing marketing programs and content development from beginning to end.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or an equivalent combination of professional experience required .

  • Location : 25% in office in either our Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI locations
