What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for partner programs, including pre-event, event strategy, and post-event marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to align event strategies with marketing objectives
- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams
- Monitor event timelines and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role
- Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills
- Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends and demographics
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work with international partners
- Experience in the global system integrators space
