As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building our brand and driving impactful campaigns. You will work closely with retail partners, internal teams, and senior executives to achieve our marketing goals. If you are a creative and driven marketing guru, we want you on our team!
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing touch points for the employer's retail partner and internal marketing team
  - Collaborate with retail partners to develop marketing strategies and execute co-marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  - Identify campaign objectives aligned with business goals and develop clear messaging and testing plans
  - Work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and measure program success
  - Utilize industry knowledge and research to forecast marketing opportunities and drive business goals
  - Partner with internal teams to improve processes and share findings for future improvements
  - Take ownership of campaign creative and collateral, driving innovation in their development
  - Cultivate relationships within the merchant organization
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - 3+ years of marketing experience
  - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  - Strong knowledge of retail, with experience working with large national retailers
  - Proficiency in marketing strategy and various channels (in-store, digital, TV, radio, etc.)
  - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  - Strong communication and presentation skills
  - Understanding of B2B marketing, retail/shopper marketing, and e-commerce best practices
  - Familiarity with shopper behaviors and trends
  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  - Positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
