Partner Operations Analyst

- Ensure the successful execution and evolution of Partner processes, including onboarding, incentive payments, partner funds, registrations, tiering, compliance, certifications, program benefits, channel sales, and more.
- Coordinate with both the Partner org and IT/Systems to develop scalable solutions spanning business critical applications (CRM, PRM, LMS, ERP, Marketing, Wallet, etc.)
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders from cross functional teams (Programs, Incentives, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Product, Data Eng, etc.) on process implementation and improvements
- Perform extensive testing (UAT) for new PRM/CRM deployments
- Navigate and assist others with Partner systems (e.g. our Partner portal, learning management systems, payment systems, etc.)
- Define success metrics for, and measure the effectiveness of, both manual and automated processes to identify opportunities for improvement and investment
- Enable, document, and enforce Partner process policies and best practices
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Partner/Channel/Alliances Operations
- 2+ years of experience working at a SaaS company
- Working knowledge of sales processes and systems (advanced Salesforce user)
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data driven approach to problem solving
- Advanced Microsoft Office & G-suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Ability to balance time & effort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needs
- Self-starter with track record of creativity, innovation, flexibility, and execution
- Track record working with high value stakeholders including C-suite and global leaders
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, analytics-based field preferred
- Basic Salesforce admin
- Tableau experience (or other BI/analytics tools)
- SQL

Thus Sales Operations for Partners & Alliances is uniquely positioned at the cross section of these strategic and critical functions to make a true impact on the business.
Our team is building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s Go-to-market strategy into new markets and customer segments, introduce uniquely new solutions and services, and sell through new channels. In this role you will work closely with Snowflake’s Partner, Sales, and cross-functional leaders to expand upon existing solutions and build out new sales motions, processes, and capabilities that will harness the power of the Snowflake Partner Network.
We’re looking for someone who loves combining strategy with execution and can roll up their sleeves to bring plans to life. This role requires a “full stack” player; comfortable in lead or support roles across a variety of projects and strategy and operations responsibilities.
